Police Department Targets Porch Pirates With DecoyPackages

A police department in California is trying to bust porch pirates thisholiday season with decoy packages.
Police announced on social media last week that it placed several decoypackages outside of homes throughout the city.
They wrote on Twitter, "Porch pirates beware, you never know what’s insidethat package you’re trying to steal! Steal a package and you may end up withmore than what you wanted." next to an image of a decoy package.
