Man Buys Storage Unit for $500, Finds $7.5M Inside

A manpurchased a storage unit in Southern California back in October, andit’s made him a millionaire.

The unit was sold to the man for $500.
A few weeks ago, a woman came up to him at a charity event and said, 'I justgotta tell you this story, my husband works for a guy that bought a unit fromyou and there was a safe in there.’" Inside the safe was cash… $7.5million of it.
When the storage unit's original owners found out it had been sold they reachedout to the new owners via a lawyer to make a deal to get their money back. Theyended up letting the new owner keep $1.2 million.
