Massive Asteroid Big Enough To 'Destroy A City' Skimmed By Yesterday At Just Half The Distance Between Earth And The Moon - And Scientists Only Noticed It HOURS Before

A massive asteroid traveling at 66,174 miles an hour came close to Earth over the weekend just hours after it was noticed. The asteroid named 2018 GE3 was first observed at Arizona's Catalina Sky Survey on Saturday night. Soon after it was noticed, it skimmed past Earth, getting within 119,500 miles of our planet which is about half the distance between the Earth and moon.
