Or maybe it is, but is it fast enough to download the entireNetflix library in less than a second? Engineers recently set new world recordinternet speed, a data transmission rate of 178 terabits a second. The newrecord, set at University College London, is a fifth faster than the previousworld record held by a team in Japan.
