Man Gives First-Class Seat To Mom Flying With Sick Baby

A babywith an oxygen machine and her mom got to enjoy a first class flight toPhiladelphia, thanks to a man who gave up his seat.Themom and baby were flying from Orlando to Philly, where the preemie twinreceives treatment for a chronic lung disease.An American Airlinesflight attendant told the mom that a man at the front of the plane had asked toswitch seats with them.
The mom took the man up on his offer and she cried all the way up the aisleas her daughter laughed. 
She shared the story on Facebook, because she didn’t get a chance to thankthe passenger properly. The mom wrote, “Sooo... thank you. Not just forthe seat itself but for noticing. For seeing us and realizing that maybe thingsare not always easy. For deciding you wanted to show a random act of kindnessto US. It reminded me how much good there is in this world. I can’t wait totell Lucy someday. In the meantime... we will pay it forward. AA 588 passengerin seat 2D, we truly feel inspired by your generosity.”

Because of her post she was able to connect with the passenger. The momsaid, “He was thanking me for (giving him) a birthday to remember. It wasthe best day.”
