Thief Steals an 8-Year-Old's Bike… Cops Buy Him a New One

                             

Three Knoxville, TN police officers helpedbring some joy back into a child's life after he had a special bicycle stolenfrom him last week.

The thief ran off with a bike that had been given to the kid during a"Shop with a Cop" event last Christmas.
The thief stole the bike from a fenced-in yardin broad daylight when the child went inside for a moment.
The officers that responded tothe call felt so terrible for the kid that theybought and delivered a new bike to the kid’s home.

Officers said they are still looking for the old bicycle and are hoping to holdthe thief accountable.
