Restaurant Manager Donates Kidney To Save Customer'sLife

A manager at a restaurantin San Antonio donated a kidney to a customer to save her life.  

The woman was diagnosed with kidney failure in 2010. Since she went ondialysis, she must have given out dozens of donor cards asking friends, familyand strangers to see if they might be a match to help her get a kidney.
She was also a regular at Bill Miller Bar-B-Q where the manager befriended her.That friendship developed and continued through several months.
When the manager learned the woman needs a new kidney, she volunteered hers. 
She was a match and the two recently had transplant surgery… both are doingwell.
