A new deepfake-generating system calledFSGAN can swap people’s faces in real-time, without needing the extensive trainingthat an AI algorithm normally requires to learn what a specific face lookslike.

That means that deepfakes could soon proliferate morerapidly than ever before, accordingto Motherboard,because creating the deceptive,manipulated videos now requires less technical know-how thanever.
