Forty-two percent ofAmericans have fallen back in love with a partner after going on vacationtogether.
A survey of 2,000 adults looked at the magic of vacationing –especially with others – and found that three-quarters (77%) of respondents believe vacationsare great for those looking to keep the spark alive in their relationship.
Overall, vacations are a joyous time, making the average personfeel 65 percent happier, with more than half (58%) sharing that their worldfeels bigger after coming back.
Most respondents agree that traveling is always more fun with abuddy – so much so that the same percentage would postpone their vacation if theirloved one(s) weren’t able to make it. Results showed that people usually go onvacation with family or their partner, and even note that there are the mostperks when traveling with just their partner or a small group.
Three in four (76%) think that just spendingtime on vacation with their loved one(s) makes them feel refreshed. Similarly, 79 percent saytraveling with someone is one of the best ways to strengthen your bond.
64 percent say they’ve learned the most about some of theirloved ones while on vacation, including their family members, partners orfriends.
