1 In 4 Adults Checks Phone LessThan A Minute After Waking Up

One infour kids check their cellphones less than a minute after waking up.

Researchers surveyed 1,200 adults about their smartphone use.  
They found 23% check their phones in less than 60-seconds after waking up whileanother 34% wait five to 10-minutes.
And 31% of millennials said they check their devices almost immediatelyafter waking, compared to just 9% of baby boomers. Men were also more likely tolook at their phones first thing than women.
