Megan Millions Jackpot at $790 Million

The Mega Millions jackpot has surged to $790 million after noticket matched all six winning numbers in Friday night's drawing.

The night's$630 million prize was the equivalent of about $388 million in cash.


The next drawing istomorrow (Tuesday), when the cash prize is estimated to be $464.4 million. Mega Millions is played in 45 states plus Washington, D.C., and the U.S.Virgin Islands.

A $1.586 billionPowerball jackpot is currently the jackpot world record, which was won onJanuary 13, 2016.

Four Mega Millions jackpots were won this year acrossTennessee, California, New York and Minnesota.
