Animal Rescue Group: We Need Your Old Bras

A North Carolina animal rescue group is askingwomen to give them their old bra clasps.
Apparently there is a cool use for them:the group uses the old braclasps to help turtles with broken shells.
Carolina Waterfowl Rescue of Charlotte is asking women to remove the eyeclosures from the fasteners and mail them in.The eye closures helpwire the turtle shell back together.
The group sees lots of injured turtles this time of year, most of them hit bycars. They use whatever they can to put shells back together.
