(Do YOU Believe?)... Mysterious Glowing Orbs Seen OffNC Coast — UFOs?

Mysterious glowing orbswere spotted off the coast of North Carolina leading to speculation they wereUFOs.  
A man captured the mysterious cluster of lights in a 31-secondvideo while aboard a ferry and posted the video to YouTube.  
So far there is no explanation for the glowing orbs, and many online believethey were UFOs.
